The brown rosetted bengal has beautiful "rosetted" spots that are very sought after, the snow bengal is so high because this is the rarest of the bengal breed, our king and queen are both brown rosetted (and coppertone) and produced this snow feature that is a RECESSIVE trait, which means they BOTH carry the gene, this snow kitty is a SEAL LYNX POINT, the only bengal with blue eyes and this snow kitty specifically has remarkable spots, and dark "points" (tail, feet, nose), some snows have very fait features, but their coat will develop and change over time (up to 3 years or more) FOOD They eat high protein soft food 3 (or 4 for now as a hungry kitten) times a day, high protein hard food is out all day for at will feeding. We also feed raw chicken. WE DO NOT SELL KITTENS WITH BREEDING RIGHTS Breeding prices would be higher, as we paid higher prices for our stud and queen that produced this litter, the care for these animals is high and we have certain obligations as registered breeders through TICA rules of ethics not to sell for breeding purposes (unless it is an established breeding program, then we may trade) We have the utmost respect for the Bengal breed and do not want everyone breeding without knowledge or understanding. We breed for the love of the animal and do not make a lot or any money off the selling of the breed after you consider the expenses we put into each cat and kitten. This can be found at the bottom of our FAQ page :copperrosebengalscattery.weebly.com/faq.html Prices Explained: Many people see the price of a Bengal (or other top pedigreed cat, dog, horse, etc.) and think the breeder MUST be making a bundle to charge so much for those kittens! Not so. A quality queen runs from $1500 up to as much as $2500 and sometimes even much more. A quality stud is usually just as much. Keeping a stud involves additional costs of developing separate housing. So, long before kittens are a consideration, some real money must be spent. There are the normal vet bills, food, litter and the other usual equipment multiplied by however many cats you have. Not to mention the costs of registrations, pedigrees, showing and the related traveling expenses. Then, there will be the cost of extra vitamins/nutritionals for the queen during her pregnancy and maybe she'll deliver without added vet bills, but there can be many unexpected expenses: emergency post delivery exam, or even intervention during or just after delivery, sometimes X-rays or ultra sounds are necessary and even a C-section to the tune of $300 - $600 depending on your area and the nature of the complication. Once the kittens are born, hopefully the mom will be able to take care of their needs 100%. Money will be spent on vaccinations, about $35. each for the first shot including an exam, and then $16 each for the subsequent shots given by a tech w/out an exam. Extra food for mom and babies as they learn to eat.
